Here are some commonly asked questions that may help you decide if my services are what you are looking for. If you decide to make an appointment, all you need to do is call and I will do my best to get you in the same week. Thank you for inquiring.

I have 14 years clinical practice.
My normal working days/hours are on evenings from 6-9 Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Wednesday and Friday from 11:00 - 8:00. If I am full, I will open Saturday.
I occasionally work earlier or later if the need arises. I try to be as flexible as possible for my clients.
I will be an out of network provider, but you can use your insurance. I am a fee for service provider which means that I get paid up front on the day you receive the service, give you a receipt, and then you mail it to your insurance company. They will then pay you back, not me.
My fee is $110.00 for a one hour session (1 hour).
You may use a credit card, cash, or check as payment.
Your appointment time is reserved for you; therefore I do charge the full fee $110.00 for a missed appointment or a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice REGARDLESS OF THE REASON.
I require a credit card on file to use in case of the above situation. You will file one on your first visit.

If you do decide to come, I have you show up about 15 minutes early the first time to fill paper work so that we have the full hour for our session. However, it is much simplier to just download the 3 required sets of paperwork on tab: Before Your First Visit
